Hot & Spicy Tuna Pasta

Perfect for a light summer supper or a picnic by the beach! I love cooking this dish when I am pressed for time. Not only is it easy and affordable, but it is healthy as well. This dish is best served with garlic toast!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. olive oil

  • 3-4 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 2 cans 14-oz Hot & Spicy Tuna, undrained

  • 1 box of Spaghetti noodles

Instruction

Prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions. In a medium hot pan, heat the olive oil. Saute the garlic, onion, and tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Add the 2 cans of tuna and continue stirring until heated through. Serve warm over cooked spaghetti noodles.
