Keith & Delsey Garner, Directors
Keith and Delsey Garner serve as the directors of Asia Pacific Media, leading the organization’s operations across the Asia-Pacific region from their base in Manila, Philippines. Under their leadership, AP Media produces a wide range of media resources for evangelism and discipleship, including radio broadcasts, feature-length films, testimonial videos, short stories, and content on cultural topics.
Keith and Delsey joined AP Media in 2019 to lead the Philippines office and, in 2024, assumed leadership of the entire organization, succeeding Bill and Kim Snider. They have a son, Bam, who is married to Emma, and a granddaughter, Rosie.
Bill & Kim Snider, Founders
Bill and Kim Snider founded Asia Pacific Media (AP Media) in 1989 with a vision to use media to reach the unreached across Asia Pacific. Starting from humble beginnings with radio broadcasts and basic video, they built a ministry producing culturally relevant films, dramas, radio programs, and digital content aimed at evangelism, discipleship, and equipping churches throughout the region.

Over the decades, they trained and mentored indigenous media leaders, empowering local churches to share the gospel in culturally authentic ways. Their legacy continues through AP Media’s current leadership, ensuring that their vision of “His Message… Multiplied” remains at the heart of the organization’s work.
